This workshop focused on musical leadership and the role of a group leader. Led by the Serbian-Ukrainian pianist Katarina Kochetova, the participants learned about the challenges and responsibilities involved in being a leader of a music group. She shared her extensive experience in leading musical groups and offered insights on how to create a positive and collaborative atmosphere within a group.

Katarina discussed conflict management, improving communication among group members, and how a leader must maintain a balance between discipline and creativity. This workshop provided an opportunity for young musicians to develop their group management skills, which are essential for success in a music career.
